APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES : The minutes of the September 14, 2015 meeting were approved as distributed. FINANCIAL UPDATE: : The Treasurer reported as follows as of August 2015: Beginning balance ( August 2015 ) $ 28, Revenue $ 76, Expenses $ 55, Ending balance ( August 2015) $ 49, The following bills were approved for payment: GREEK COMMUNITY RELATIONS REPORTS: USFC Representative, Tanya Villalpando ( president.usfc@gmail.com ) had no report. IFC Representative, Blake King ( President.IFC.SDSU@gmail.com ) had no report. Let IFC know about any events within the CPA community. NPHC Representative, Kendrick Morris (president.nphc@gmail.com) had no report. OFFICER REPORTS

Administration Team The Director of Accreditation ( accred.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com ) Kayla Williams reported: Accreditation Expo Part II is this Wednesday at 7 PM in the SLL Seminar Room. Bring your chapter calendars! The Director of Communication (communications.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com) Jamie Miller reported: Panhellenic wanted to congratulate each of the chapters on a successful recruitment! Please take the note and small gift to your chapters as gift from us :) The Director of Finance ( finance.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com) Kristen St. Angelo had no report. Community Wellness Team The Director of Judicial Affairs ( judicial.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com) Jenna Coyne reported: Finishing writing up judicial reports. Chapter presidents will receive copies later this week. Mediations will be held next week. The Director of Risk Management (risk.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com) Robin Winzelberg had no report. Reminder: If you are co sponsoring the Women Empowerment Series, checks are due to me by October 1st! 3 The Director of Internal Public Relations ) Erin Gonzalez reported: Unfortunately the Panhellenic 5K has to be rescheduled due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Revised October Sister Sorority Guidelines: Theme: Community Service Pairings: Kappa Delta and Pi Beta Phi - #KDPiPhi Alpha Chi Omega & Delta Gamma #AXODG Gamma Phi Beta and Delta Zeta #GPhiDZ Alpha Phi and Alpha Gamma Delta #APhiAGD October s sister sorority event will also encompass a social media challenge. Chapter members can use the hashtag #SisterSororitySnapshot and then your pairs hashtag, whichever pair of chapters has the most posts in the month of October will receive a prize! Planning is still in the works! The Coordinator of Associated Students (as. cpa.sdsu@gmail.com ) Hailey Seibel reported: Spread Your Roots event is this Wednesday (September 30th) at the Lee & Frank Goldberg Courtyard of the Student Union from 6:00pm 8:30 pm. Come pot your own plant! The Coordinator of Athletics (athletics.cpa.sdsu@gmail.com) Marjorie Butor reported: Panhellenic sports chairs are all registered for indoor soccer, but you can still register members until October 9th at 3:00 PM. Please, make sure spectators at games adhere to ARC policies. New members had their first Alpha Experience Meeting last night. We re excited to support Delta Gamburger this Friday! We re celebrating Parents Weekend with a Torrey Pines hike and house tour brunch, all of our members and their families are looking forward to it.

5 We have our Open House on October 11th from 1 4 PM catered by Baked Bear! Please invite your chapters, we d love to share our house with the Greek community. Alpha Phi Alissa Young ( alphaphipanhellenicsdsu@gmail.com ): We are so excited about welcoming all of our new members. They had their first new member informational meeting last night. We have an emerging leader consultant from our nationals staying with us this weekend. Delta Gamma Hannah Krikorian ( sdsudgpanhellenic@gmail.com ): We had a blast attending KD s yoga event yesterday for Women s Friendship Month! Our sister sorority ice cream social is on Tuesday with KD! We can t wait. Delta Gamburger is Friday from 10pm 2am and Anchor Slam is October 10th. Gamburger presale tickets are $3 and include a burger/hot dog, chips, and a drink. Delta Zeta Cassidy Gregson ( deltazetadelegate@gmail.com ) We re excited to welcome our new members. They were pinned on Thursday. We are going on an outing this weekend for parents weekend, having a brunch, and giving house tours. Gamma Phi Beta Elizabeth Burnett ( sdsugammaphibetapavp@gmail.com ): we had so much fun at our sisterhood retreat to Disneyland with our new members! our t shirt swap sister sorority event with AGD was a blast October 24th pancake fundraise.
