19 Early Access Groups All referrals via JCP Work Coaches Local Authorities can signpost / recommend a referral Voluntary participation Committed to finding employment within one year. Already helped by JCP with core job search activity (if appropriate). Needs more support than is provided within the standard JCP offer.
