In the thorax, cardiac silhouette and pulmonary vessels are normal. Lung fields are normal with no infiltrates noted. No pulmonary nodules or thoracic lymphadenopathy is evident. Trachea, pleural space, mediastinum and extrathoracic structures are unremarkable. In the abdomen, serosal detail is adequate. Liver, spleen and urinary bladder have normal size and shape. Kidneys are smaller than normal and have irregular margins. No mineralization in the kidneys is seen. Stomach contains soft tissue material. Intestines contains soft tissue and gas opacities with no obvious over distention. Colon contains gas and well-formed opaque feces. Osseous structures of the abdomen are unremarkable. Pelvis and hip joints are normal.
