Many foods have ingredients that are not good for you. High fructose corn syrup is one such example. You should be aware of what you eat and should make healthy choices. Your homework is to cover the food which you consume during June Cut the stickers from the packets, paste them in a scrap book, calculate the nutritional values as per your consumption and do an analysis of how much good or bad nutrition you consumed during this period.
