3 ANNUAL REPORT Cover and selected pages from the Canadian Deprescribing Network Annual Report (also available in French). I wrote the content, designed all graphics, arranged printing and mailed the report to key leaders across Canada. The report was approved by a committee of health leaders, physicians and pharmacists and generated interested among provincial governments, leading to several collaborations. 3

6 EXHIBIT ON MEDICATION SAFETY Bilingual large-scale exhibit on medication safety for the general public, seniors, researchers and health care professionals. I co-wrote, designed, translated and arranged printing of the exhibit, which comprises two 20-foot and two 10-foot serpentine displays. 6

7 LOGO DESIGN & BRANDING I designed this logo, business card and promotional material for a organization focusing on medication safety and deprescribing. Deprescribing means reducing or stopping medications that may not be beneficial or may be causing harm. 7

8 MEDICATION SAFETY WEBSITE Select pages of a bilingual website on medication safety targeting seniors, their family and their caregivers. I wrote and designed this website using Squarespace. The website also went through several rounds of focus groups to ensure the content and design was suitable for this audience. Available at deprescribingnetwork.ca 8

12 POLICY FACT SHEETS These fact sheets summarize deprescribing policies around the world, their efficacy and unintended consequences. I researched scientific papers, wrote the content, and translated and designed these two fact sheets with a policy audience in mind (also available in French). 12

13 YOU MAY BE AT RISK BROCHURES This series of brochures were created to inform and empower seniors about risky medications and used in a clinical trial. The design was tailored to older adults, some of which suffer from vision trouble and cognitive decline. See example here. 13

14 INFOGRAPHICS ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY These infographics were created for a report on energy efficiency. I extracted the most relevant statistics from the report for the infographic. 14
