11 Capacity building activities - Challenges 1) Year of the implementation of the NS/2012/3 Balance of implementation is very positive Time for sending draft documents respected in most of the cases 2) The quality and coherence of draft documents still need to be improved Inappropriate quality of documents slow down the organisation process of all activities Coordination with host countries sponsoring activities should be improved and agreements must be reflected in relevant documents 3) Provide final documents within a month after the Seminar: mission report, list of participants, programme, article for the bulletin, pictures, PPT, evaluation forms 4) Recommendations VS Conclusions 11
