1 Body Reboot: Week 3 Clean-Tox Drinks These drinks not only fill your stomach with few calories, they also flush/ neutralize damaging particles that do everything from cause bloat and puffiness to create long term damage like cell damage. This is especially important because body fat clenches on to toxins so as you shed fat and as your fat cells shrink (so exciting!) we ensure that you consume key nutrients to help to neutralize and flush the toxins that your fat stores release so you ll get even healthier all while looking and feeling your best. Drink at least two Clean-Tox beverages (Ideally 16 ounces each) daily with your meals.
2 Cilantro Strawberry- Lime Infusion Cilantro Strawberry- Lime Infusion This refreshing, uplifting drink hydrates your body and is infused with flavor bombs like fruits and herbs that pack in nutrients that help the body in its natural detoxification process of flushing out toxins and banishing bloat. Lime s phytonutrients called limonoids, help the liver do its very important job of detoxification and mopping up damaging free radicals. (Psst lime won t only help

How s that for detoxification?! Cilantro Strawberry- Lime Infusion Sipping on this water infusion will help to rinse and beautify from the inside out. If you are feeling puffy or the ill effects of over-indulging, this infusion is perfect to drink, morning, noon, and night. Make a big pitcher to have at the ready, so you feel fresher and lighter as soon as possible. Serves 3, eight-ounce servings Ingredients: 24 oz Water Several springs of Cilantro Juice from 3/4 of a lime 5-6 strawberries Directions: Squeeze lime juice into a glass. Slice strawberries and add to glass. Add Cilantro sprigs. Cilantro leaves can remain on their stem, but be sure to remove the lower sections of the stems that have no leaves. Using a spoon, muddle all the ingredients in the glass to help release the flavor and detoxing properties of the ingredients. It is best to refrigerate the water for at least 15 minutes to intensify the flavor. (The longer the water infuses, the stronger the flavors will be.)
