2 Variety is the spice of life! Active group fitness classes are fun, motivational and social. By taking part in a variety of classes your body benefits from an all over workout rather than working the same muscle groups. Keep your workouts exciting by trying something new today. Join today and start saving If you regularly attend 2 or more fitness activities a week you can save money on a Total Membership. The membership entitles you to unlimited use of: Active Gyms Swimming Pools Fitness Classes A variety of membership options are available. Classes are grouped into 3 categories: Aerobic Body These classes are set to music and help to promote fat burning, improve flexibility and strengthen the body s cardiovascular system. Some classes are dance based; use a step or even a bike to help you burn even more calories. These classes are suitable for anyone aged 14yrs+ Conditioning classes are primarily aimed at improving strength and muscle tone as well as providing cardiovascular benefits. Classes may include the use of resistance equipment and weights. Join at your local Active Centre: Calm Develop your body and mind with a Calming class. These classes help improve flexibility through stretching, balance, posture and breathing. They can also help relieve stress through the use of meditation techniques. Virtual Classes by Wellbeats Attend scheduled group exercise classes at a variety of times or alternatively attend an open session where you can browse dozens of classes on the touch screen studio kiosk, then select a class that works for you and your schedule. Each class channel has a specific area of focus and contains a collection of minute classes of varying intensity taught by various instructors. These classes are available as part of your membership.
