HPI is a non-profit 501c3 organization that has been providing food, clothing, hygiene, sanitary, diapers, baby food, shoes, coats, and blankets. Our disaster relief program includes furniture, bottled water and other essentials to our neighbors living in North Brevard County. While volunteering at Riverview School the founder witnessed how hungry the children were after returning from Thanksgiving break. NO SCHOOL equals NO BREAKFAST or LUNCH. Mission Statement Helping the community achieve personal and spiritual aspirations through love in action. Vision Statement A community where enjoyment of life is realized through love and support. One in seven Americans face food deficiencies while 3 out of four Americans throw out non-perishables daily (WellsFargo/foodpantry.com.) HPI took this information, partnered with several agencies and with the support of the community, strives to make a positive impact. In 2012 HPI started with 45 families providing Holiday Meals. Today over 500 families are registered to receive weekly assistance. As families continue to face social, economic and environmental challenges, HPI will need to expand services. 3 HPI works in partnership with Feeding America, Second Harvest, Hope International, Disabled Veterans of America, American Legion, Rainbow Foundation, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Walmart, and Dollar General. Some of our sponsors includes: Ramada Inn, Quality Inn, Titusville Chiropractic, Allender & Allender Law Firm, and individual community supporters. Other community programs and churches have referred their families to us when they were unable to assist. Many schools resource centers have referred and/or transported families to our facility for assistance. This support was not limited to, the prior Riverview VPK and Coquina Elementary. HPI happily provided formal attire to the students from AHS and THS for Prom and Homecoming. Currently our organization has outgrown the space making us less effective to serve the community. The lack of storage limits our ability to serve increasing demands. We have filed a month to month extension on our lease, that expires February 28 th, with the hopes of securing Riverview School Building #4 facility around the first week of February. The 7,370 square foot facility will allow us to assist more families while enhancing current services such as, a Diaper Depot, and New Shoes for Kids. The new programs will focus on the children of North Brevard and establish more relationships with surrounding schools. -Hub for NB schools -HPI would assist Apollo Elementary with their Back-Pack Program. -Summer Lunches can be provided for students and the entire family. We look forward to our continued success addressing hunger in our neighborhood and providing emergency food and essentials to at risk youth and families. Hummingbird use of Riverview Facility building #4 would be to store and distribute perishable and nonperishable food items along with clothes and other essentials. There will be approximately two to ten volunteers in the building at a time depending on the amount of purchases and donations, organization of supplies, and/or distribution of supplies to our neighbors. Families would pick up essentials weekly on Wednesday from 2 to 5pm. Times subject to change or increase based upon the number of new families. HPI estimates being in the building 15 hours per week. This would increase approximately -10hrs weekly only after the summer lunch program is established -2hrs estimate to assist Apollo with the Backpack Program

4 -New NB youth programs would be addressed and hours determined as they develop. -In-house Tours/Events to raise awareness, and solicit funds will be limited and addressed if they occur in the evening or a possible Saturday afternoon. HPI relies 100% on donations and would appreciate having the Facility Usage Fees waived and offer to pay up to $ per month for utilities.
