Select a pre-designed panel or design your own panel from the full list of analytes below. Add any additional analytes you might want to a pre-designed panel 2. Choose one or more protein standard mixes from the list below 3. Add a human (ab208203) or mouse (ab209499) multiplex immunoassay core kit If you d rather discuss your specific needs with one of our expert support scientists or request a quote for services, please contact us. All human analytes are validated for use with serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, citrate), cell culture supernatant, urine, saliva, milk (defatted), bronchial lavage (BAL), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and synovial fluid samples. All mouse analytes are validated for use with serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, citrate), cell culture supernatant & urine. All sample types should be diluted by at least 1:4 before running the assay. Cell culture supernatant may be used at 1:2 dilution or neat if necessary to improve assay sensitivity although assay linearity is improved at 1:4 dilution.
