2 ^ '' THeATRC GUILD VALDOSTA Presents KEn LUDWIG'^ Thank You so much for joining us for the production of "The Game's AfoofIt has been a pleasure to direct another comedy. This has been a WONDERFUL experience. This is one of the most compassionate, flm loving cast I have ever worked with. Our "long" rehearsals felt like minutes because we spent most of the time laughing with one another. I would like to thank the cast and crew for your amazing work leading up to this show. I would also like to thank my family and friends for their love and support throughout my theatre experience. Lastly, I would like to thank my husband for all of his hard work and patience as I "lived" at the theatre. This will be my last show for the season to participate in as we are expecting our first "future act(»r" late March. I will make a return but I will miss the theatre family I have. Please sit back and enjoy "The Game's Afoot". 3 ...About the Show..... It*s December 1936, and Broadway sutr WiUiam Giliette, admired the world over for his leading role in the play Sherlock Holmes, has invited his fellow cast members to his Connecticut castle for a weekend of reveliy. But when one of the guests is stabbed to death, die festivities in this isolated house of tricks and mirrors quickly turn dangerous. It is then up to Gillette himself, as he assumes the persona of his beloved Holmes, to track down the killer before the next victim appears.
