4 VIVO General Trading LLC ( VIVO Fitness ) was established in Dubai in 2013 out of a passion for fitness products and a ruthless desire to provide exceptional service. In September of 2013, after pitching the concept of an Integrated Functional Training Equipment Solution to Fitness First Middle East, we received our first Purchase Order... before we had a bank account. And like that, VIVO was born. By the end of the 2015, VIVO Fitness had built a strong portfolio of equipment brands, supplying equipment all over the GCC to clients such at Talise Fitness, Fitness First, Nad Al Sheba, Ox Fitness, Members of the UAE Royal Family and the UAE Armed Forces. But... we made mistakes along the way; like the time we set up an education department (which lost money) or the failed nutrition division (which filled our warehouse with inventory we couldn t sell).. These mistakes hurt, but, more importantly, they created opportunities to learn and grow brought focus. Focus on what we knew best. Focus on Innovative Equipment and Flooring Solutions. 11 UAE Presidential Guard Command After securing this contract following a competitive global tender, VIVO was commissioned to provide a complete Functional Training Solution to 18 Military Facilities across the UAE, with a roll-out window of 15 days during the peak of summer. The equipment scope was vast, including 18 fully customizable Functional Training Rigs, 300 Wall Balls, 150 Olympic Barbells, 300 Yoga Mats, 80 Soft Plyo Box Sets, 50 Hybrid Sleds and 4 fully kitted Deployable FOB Lockers, which were to be used as mobile training units around the Middle East. The equipment was to be used in both indoor and outdoor situations, needing to withstand the harshest of environments. We look back fondly at this project and roll-out process, such as the day (in mid August ) when we installed a functional training rig onto a scorching hot tarmac beside a live helicopter pad. The install team worked through 50 degree temperatures, with a genuine commitment to the project installation schedule and were able to complete the full roll-out on time and under budget, albeit with a little heat exhaustion... **Note: due to the sensitive locations of this project, we are unable to provide accurate images, however have provided a range of images showing similar products installed we delivered for this project. 10

We worked closely with the Main Fit-Out Contractor to ensure all equipment and flooring arrived at the right point of the programme to maintain overall project continuity and relevant support for the installation. VIVO s role in the project was to provide initial design support to the main contractor all the way through to Complete Equipment and Flooring supply for the Mixed CrossFit, Ladies Only CrossFit and Olympic Lifting Gyms, including complete customization of Bumper Plates and Training Rigs. We are very proud to have supported Shaikha Al Qassemi on her fitness journey and be a part of this special facility. Talise Fitness, Madinat Jumeirah VIVO was commissioned to deliver the new Outdoor Functional Training HUB for Jumeirah Hotels in the Talise Madinat Jumeirah facility following a competitive tender

15 Talise Fitness, Madinat Jumeirah VIVO was commissioned to deliver the new Outdoor Functional Training HUB for Jumeirah Hotels in the Talise Madinat Jumeirah facility following a competitive tender process. We secured this project on the back of innovative design, a considered flooring solution based on the environment and an equipment package that would compliment both performance and aesthetic. Based around custom Beaverfit Training Rigs, utilizing Hot-Dip Galvanised 5mm thick steel, this project quickly became the Go-To facility for outdoor training design and execution in the harsh UAE conditions and led to Talise Madinat Jumeirah winning the UAE s Best Gym Facility at the Local FIT Awards, for the first time in their history. Complete demolition of an old rock-climbing area, along with sub-floor preparation and waterproofing was all part of the project, as was a customized sled track, with integrated timing capability. This project remains one of the best outdoor facilities we ve developed and we couldn t be prouder of the result. As soon as we started to discuss our plans with Vivo Fitness I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team... 17 Talise Fitness, Jumeirah Beach Hotel The aim of this project was to upgrade the performance HUB and main gym floor to increase member engagement, provide a custom waterjet cut entrance area, the spa entrance, the Fit In Time area and the reception areas. The old rubber flooring was removed and replaced with a combination of custom designed green and white Attack Turf and 18mm Achieve Rubber. A full PLAE Solution was installed throughout Talise using a PLAETech Underlay in areas of high impact. With the client having had previous issues with their flooring, it was imperative to provide a performance flooring that would withstand the use, offer a real difference to the end users and have a warranty to back it up. Based on numerous samples, PLAE were the only brand Talise found to achieve these 3 criterias. The flooring is something that everyone who walks into the facility notices first.
