INTRODUCTION Firehouse fitness is an independent health & fitness company founded by 2 Firefighters Rob McGuigan & Den Roebuck. Rob & Den were inspired to create Firehouse Fitness as they wanted to provide a new & exciting approach to fitness training aimed at getting you as fit as a Firefighter. Bored of the generic, sterile, mass market gym environment Rob & Den were motivated to create an exciting fitness brand with functional training spaces and gold standard strength & conditioning facilities designed to help members achieve optimum results. Firehouse Fitness s gold standard training facilities, now include a newly refurbed classroom/education suite that is available to hire making it an excellent venue to host fitness courses, seminars & educations workshops. LOCATION Firehouse Fitness is located at Centaur House, Great George St, Leeds City centre, LS1 3BR. The central location means it has excellent transport links making it easily accessible venue for commuters.

3 FACILITIES Firehouse fitness is a state of the art Fitness facility housing some of the best fitness equipment the industry has to offer. The facility is set over 2 floors, the engine house is located on the upper ground floor home is our state of the art strength & conditioning area. The 7000 Sqft area is fully loaded with power racks, Olympic lifting platforms, fixed resistance, plate loaded resistance, and a spacious 2000 sqft turfed/functional area & the very best in SporstArt cardiovascular equipment (Please see below for a full equipment list). The lower ground floor is where the Drill room is located and is the main area that our bespoke fitness classes take place. The 2,500 sqft drill room is packed with the best functional equipment including prowler sleds, tractor tyres, VIPR, battle ropes, Kettlebells (See equipment list below). The lower ground is also where our classroom & changing facilities are located. Firehouse have recently Firehouse Fitness offers a room to hire which is suitable for many different activities in Leeds city centre. Flexible furniture makes it possible to arrange the room to suit users needs. There is free WiFi, outside bike storage and wall heaters in the room. On-street parking is available, with a car park free to use out of office hours and weekends. Additional equipment is available to hire display boards, flip charts and tableware.
