In the event of a tie, a 4th question will be used as a tie breaker. The questions will be centered on our three focus areas, weekly handout information and/or information from the previous month s webinar. 3

16 Agriculture Success Stories These fabulous four Agriculture Crime Officers all have wellness success stories to share! 16
17 DIDD Pop-Up Wellness Booth The DIDD West TN Regional office hosted a Pop-Up Wellness Booth and had 52 employees participate! 17
18 F&A Stair Climbing Challenge Finance & Administration held their annual Stair Climbing Challenge where teams of five raced up the stairs in the Tennessee Tower! 18
19 FI s Support Our Troops Challenge Financial Institutions challenged ECD & DIDD to a Support Our Troops Challenge to collect items and monetary donations to send to troops overseas. They raised over $1,000 dollars! 19
20 TDH 9/11 Stair Challenge In honor of 9/11 First Responders who repeatedly marched up 110 stories of the World Trade Center to save lives, employees at the Cheatham County Department of Health completed a stair challenge of their own. The goal was to, as a group, walk 110 stories in three days. The group was able to not only achieve but EXCEED their goal! 20
21 DHS Planksgiving Challenge Human Service s Planksgiving Challenge started November 1st with 30 days of thanks and planks! 21
22 LWFD Disney-Themed Group Walk With a Bluetooth speaker and some Disney magic, a few fans of the House of Mouse walked a couple laps in the morning fresh air at the Department of Labor & Workforce Development. From Moana, Beauty and the Beast, and even Descendants 2, they moved to Disney tunes! 22
23 MHSAS Halloween Meet & Greet Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services hosted a Halloween Meet and Greet event. The Wellness Council collaborated with the Division of Substance Abuse and provided water, fruit and healthy snacks. Over 50 employees came down to participate! 23
24 TDOR Halloween Ghost Tour Revenue hosted a Halloween Wellness Walk and learned a little spooky TN history in the process! 24
