All tickets and monies need to be turned in to Daisy on Friday, December 7. Drop off your food items at the Center on Sunday morning, the 9th, starting at 9:00 am. NOTE: PRE-TOUR will be held on Saturday for all volunteers working the Tour of Homes/Country Store, and the homeowners.

3 TOUR OF HOMES The Robin and John Tanner home is a retreat from the normal and will feature unique decorations that are definitely not out of any box and you can t buy it at the store.. but ideas out of this world you will not want to miss embellish a signature of their very own. The Arnie and Jana Spiers home will fill you with wondrous Christmas cheer as you travel through our Winter Wonderland. From past to present you ll be amazed. Rekindle Christmas memories with our vintage adornments, and get a taste of the holidays when you travel through Gingerbread & Peppermint Lane. We wouldn t want to give all the surprises away, so walk through our doors on this Holiday. Be sure to stay on the good list because Santa may be here resting in preparation for his big sleigh-ride of the year! Rhonda and Scott Turner home is filled with Christmas décor of traditional reds and farmhouse buffalo plaid throughout the main living spaces, along with heirlooms of iron pots filled with elements from nature such as pinecones and cedar. The bedrooms are themed in snowmen, Gold and Glitter, romantic countryside, and an old fashioned Christmas with a tree that boasts homemade ornaments from their children. Deborah Dopson s home has a bohemian theme mixed with eclectic decor from here, there, and everywhere. It will feature bits of country charm and comfy living.

4 THIS WEEK S On Wednesday, December 5th, we will be decorating the Center for Christmas. Hope to have it completed by noon. Everyone can help in some way, so please mark your calendar and join us in sprucing up the place. Remember what they say: Teamwork cuts the job in half! Hope to see you on Wednesday! FYAC Fundraising and Committee Chair Meetings Thursday, December 6 9:00 am Fundraiser meeting will be finalizing plans for Tour of Homes/Country Store project. Committee Chair meeting will plan the January calendar. is T-shirt Day! FYAC First Friday is always FYAC t-shirt day. This Friday look spiffy in your cobalt blue... and as you re out and about that day, give the community some exposure to FYAC at the same time! FRIDAY Medical screening will be provided by Teresa of 1st Choice Home Health. Friday s $5 lunch is... SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN

5 LAST WEEK... PAINTING FOR FUN! The painting class really enjoyed themselves last week with the Cowboy Santa subject. One student was overheard saying that this was one of their easier projects, and a relaxing and fun way to close out the year.

6 LAST WEEK... Food team #4 Sally, Dorothy, and Ella Mae served Stuffed Baked Potatoes for lunch with some yummy desserts. Thank you, Ladies! We really appreciate our volunteer cook teams. The food teams are always looking for more volunteers Just let someone know that you are interested in helping. The 42 players showed up in force! The new Tai Chi class on Wednesday afternoon is going strong!
