1 Nicholas G. Beram Veterans Association, Inc. Founded: October 18, 1946 Celebrating our 71st ANNIVERSARY Dear Members and Friends: A year after the end of World War II, the Nicholas G. Beram Veterans Association was founded for the expressed purpose of fostering and promoting, among those of Arabic roots, an association that would foster and promote social, civic, educational and benevolent activities. During the more than half century since its establishment, our many activities have emphasized a scholastic achievement awards program accenting the educational achievements of our youth. In addition, our Ladies Auxiliary has been a most valuable addition, which has helped in the promotion of our most noble intentions through their support of hospitalized veterans via its cards and contributions of various types of gifts and messages. Their assistance has been welcomed and appreciated. It is hoped that all will join in showing support for the Ad Book since much of the proceeds support our activities. We look forward to your participation as you will be an essential part of the success of the Beram Veterans endeavors.
