2 The Heritage Medal As a lasting testament to the recipients of the 2018 Cleveland Heritage Medal, we offer the opportunity for friends, relatives and colleagues to pay tribute to the Heritage Medal recipients with personalized messages. The closing date for reserving Tribute messages is Wednesday, September 12, The deadline for submitting all Tribute messages and accompanying photographs and/or logos is Wednesday, September 19, The Cleveland Heritage Medal Tribute Book will forever remind the honorees and their families of the impact and influence they have had on the community. The keepsake book will include a profile and photographs of each Heritage Medal recipient. Three different Tribute designs are available for you to customize your personal messages. Businesses and non-profit organizations may also honor the Heritage Medal recipients through a Tribute that describes the organization s relationship with the honoree. The Tribute may include the business s logo. However, the artwork and/or message cannot be an advertisement. For logos: Please provide an EPS file. Convert all type to outlines.
