Columbus, OH LUNCHEONS ARE ON MONDAYS DOORS OPEN AT 10:45AM! Meetings will be back at the Jack Nicklaus Museum in Please see page 2 for dates and Form A for pricing. We are hoping to keep the same structure with meetings starting around 11:15AM with the Social and SPEAKER arriving around 11:40AM. Once the SPEAKER departs, we will continue with lunch and the meeting. We are hoping to end at or before 1:00PM. Again this year, due to the limited space and the increased interest in the club, we do looking forward to having a full membership roster. You will have to down load the PARK MOBILE APP. on your phone. The parking ZONE # is 69104, for that lot. The app will look like this. If you need more help, please download app and contact Lea! NEW SYSTEM PLEASE USE IT! It saves time and allows me to quickly check a reservation status also you can make a reservation and get an automated response quickly with out waiting for a response from Lea. There is also a comment section if you need to leave me a message. That way we have no more of the reply to all. You also may change your reservation by clicking on the same link. If you have any questions please contact me, you can text or call my cell (614) or office NOV. 13 TH MEETING IS ON A TUESDAY PLEASE MARK CALENDARS When looking at the schedule please keep in mind when scheduling the luncheon November 13 th it will be on TUESDAY!!! This is due to the holiday that surrounds that date. I will keep reminding people as the dates get closer. ATTACHED IS A COACHES LIST Lot of member have been asking what COACH is coming, we do not always know until the morning of the meeting. So I have attached a Coaches list of possible speakers so we when do give you the name, you can look up what position he coaches. MEETING INFORMATION We can only seat 90 people in the room with a over flow table in the door way entering the room! This year if you make a reservation you WILL BE responsible for payment of the luncheon, if you are a NO SHOW!! NO changes may be made to your reservations AFTER 11:00AM on the Friday BEFORE luncheon. After this time you will be responsible for the cost. 2 NEW PROCEDURE!! WE NEED RAFFLE ITEMS TO BE DONATED! We all enjoy winning raffle items but only a few members donate. Keep in mind the more that is donated, the more chances there are of winning. When you donate, the member and their company name will be listed in future newsletters. When you bring your items into the luncheon, please bring them to Lea s table where I can put your name on the item and make note of it so you may get the recognition your deserve.
