3 CLINTON 185 FOOD CORN STARCH Clinton 185 Food Corn Starch is a highly refined product and is the basic powdered starch manufactured by ADM for use in food applications, such as puddings, salad dressing, prepared mixes and gravies. Benefits As an unmodified (thick-boiling) starch, it is typically high in viscosity, with good body at both low and high solids. Setback (viscosity increase upon aging of the starch paste) is characteristically high.
