5 Installation Prerequisites Checklist Check the current Medtech Evolution installed version before attempting this update. Check this via Help About Medtech Evolution. The practice must be on the following Medtech Evolution version: or later releases It is not required for users to be logged out of Medtech Evolution for this update to be run. Ensure you are logged onto Windows with Full Administrative rights when performing ANY installation, update or maintenance tasks. 4. Ensure you are logged onto the Medtech Evolution Server. 5. Check that this document has been reviewed and understood. Location of Installer 1. Visit our website at 2. Select New Zealand in the region drop down menu (top right-hand side of the window). 3. Select the menu Support Downloads Evolution GP Downloads. The New Zealand Medtech Evolution GP Downloads page will be displayed. 4. Locate the update called ACC Subsidy Updates (April 2016) in the list. 5. Download the installer Evolution-NZ ACC Subsidy Updates Installer (EXE). Medtech Evolution ACC Subsidy Update Installation 1. Ensure that you have completed and checked all the items in the Installation Prerequisites Checklist above. 2. Download the Evolution-NZ ACC Subsidy Updates Installer as described above. 3. 6 4. Click on the Next button to continue. 5. Click Browse button to select the database server from the list or manually type the database server name. 6. Select the option SQL Server authentication; by default this option is selected. 7. Type in the SQL login credentials for the corresponding SQL server. 8.
