8 QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSIONS The Mayo Internal Medicine Board Review course uses a state-of-the-art audience response system to provide the attendees with instantaneous results on "board simulated" questions. Upon registration at the course each attendee will receive a "Question and Answer" book that correlates with each lecture given. At the end of each lecture a fifteen minute segment will be dedicated to testing your skills at responding to questions on the information just reviewed. A slide with a multiple choice "board simulated" question will be projected on the screen. Attendees will be prompted to press the appropriate button on their individual key pad with the answer they consider to be correct. Within seconds, a second screen will show the results of the groups response, indicating what percent of registrants answered correctly and the percentage of those who selected incorrect answers. The correct answer will then be explained by the instructor.
