Learning Objectives: 1. Discuss emerging challenges faced by palliative care programs around the state and share solutions. 2. Enhance compassionate communication skills by integrating palliative care teams to provide improved patient care. 3. Identify, discuss and share innovative approaches for psychosocial, spiritual and bereavement care. 4. Identify and participate in self-care opportunities. 5. Strengthen collaboration among palliative care and hospice professionals and programs statewide.
