Activity Description, Purpose and Intended/Target Audience: Activity Description: The Oklahoma Society of Clinical Oncology, Inc. is presenting this symposium which is designed to provide state-of-the art information on the experimental biology, etiology, prevention, diagnosis and therapy of breast cancer and premalignant breast disease. Intended/Target Audience: This seminar is directed towards health care professionals involved in breast cancer in medical, surgical, gynecologic and radiation oncology. Overall Learning Objectives: Upon Upon completion of this activity, participants will improve their competence and performance by being able to: 1. Discuss the significant clinical interest of abscopal response and the potential use in treating breast cancer. 2. Discuss the finding and potential innovations resulting from the I Spy trials. 3. Describe the state of the art information on hormonal therapy and optimal chemoprevention in breast cancer survivors and women at high risk. 4. Discuss the use of a breast cancer survivorship care life care plans for patients.
