God has lead me through a decade s worth of experience achieving my own healthy lifestyle and coaching others along the way. I will teach you how to EAT and TRAIN - not diet and exercise. I will show you how to fall in love with the process of becoming healthy. My passion is helping women of all ages discover the beauty they already have, and guiding seniors to a better quality of life. You don t have to believe in yourself yet - just believe in God, and together we ll take care of our temples!

I played soccer for years while growing up, into highschool and all through college. Throughout those years I learned how fitness and nutrition plays an important role in being a successful athlete. I found my passion for personal training through internships during college. Through training I am able to show people that physical activity is beneficial for everyone at any level. I d love to work with you to create a safe, effective and challenging program that can help you achieve a happier and more balanced life.

3 CODY DEMUTH BACHELOR DEGREE IN HEALTH PROMOTION AND WELLNESS WEIGHT LOSS STRENGTH TRAINING FUNCTIONAL FITNESS During my time earning my degree at the University of Wisconsin - Steven Point (UWSP), I developed a passion for becoming holistically well in the mind, body and spirit. I enjoy being active in both my work and personal life. I enjoy strength training, running, hiking, camping, playing sports and spending time with family and friends. I am thrilled to be working here at The Salvation Army Kroc Commuity Center, and I love developing relationships with members. I aim to provide members with safe, effective ways to reach their health and fitness goals, and I make myself available to answer every question and concern. If you are ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle, I m here to commit to doing anything and everything to help you reach your goals.

4 VICTORIA A. CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, SILVERSNEAKERS INSTRUCTOR SENIOR FITNESS AQUA TRAINING Here at the Kroc Center I teach a variety of aqua and land-based group fitness classes. Maybe you ve taken SilverSneakers Splash with me in the pool, or Slow Flow Yoga in the Fitness Studio. When I m not teaching group classes, I train individuals or small groups. Whether you re joining one of my classes, or training with me for more one-on-one goal-smashing attention, my focus is on helping you lead a healthy and active life. When training with me, we can work in the water or on land, and adapt our location to accomodate your needs and make things fun!

I began my fitness career teaching Physical Education to elementary students. I ve also managed a corporate fitness center while teaching group fitness classes and personal training. Finally, I ve worked at a commercial gym as a trainer and insructor. Having worked in different fitness institutions and environments has built my experience in helping all types and ages of people stay active and healthy. And that s what I do here at the Kroc as the Fitness and Sports Supervisor. I m excited to use my experience to help you lead a more healthy and active life, and reach goals you may never have known you had.

I have been involved in helping people get fit for years as a fitness leader and trainer, life coach, author, motivational speaker, and Bible study leader. My undergraduate and graduate degrees are from UWGB, where I played on the successful UWGB Women s Basketball team. I also hold a blackbelt, so I understand how discipline and structure affect fitness. Got goals? Let s go for it!

7 KARIN BLISS CERTIFIED SPEED SPECIALIST, BACHELORS DEGREE IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT I have experience training teens for weight loss and sports. I also teach group fitness classes like Tabata and HIIT. STRENGTH TRAINING CONDITIONING As a personal trainer, in addition to teen health and fitness, I specialize in strength training for women as well as boxing and kickboxing training.
