2 The Zahra Trust was founded in 2009 as a compassionate response to witnessing poverty first hand in the Middle East. It was established as a unique transparent organisation that not only assists with aid but also raises awareness of development, humanitarian and spiritual issues. Today, by the grace of the Almighty SWT The Zahra Trust has expanded and works in four continents and six countries including Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, UK and Tanzania. We work closely with local communities, maraja and specialised NGOs to tackle root causes of poverty, suffering and social injustice. In the past five years with the support of our generous donors, we have been able to aid thousands of individuals. Our innovative projects have provided some of the world s poorest communities with basic necessities in life including food aid, clean water, shelter and educational and spiritual development.

Seek sponsorship. PPlayStation play-off organise a league of players and compete on a certain game. Charge entrants. Quiz Night have a quiz on the life of the massoumeens, or general history and for every question someone gets wrong they need to cough up some cash! R Run conduct a sponsored run or make it into a race and the loser pays up. Spot the baby collect everyone s babies photos at work or school and charge to guess the identities. t Themed evening invite your supporters to a night of international cuisine and charge them for the meals. Unwanted gifts sell of your unwanted gifts on ebay, and as its for charity basic selling fees will be given back to you! Waste paper collect waste paper and sell it to recycling companies. X marks the spot organise a treasure hunt with every team paying to enter. ZZainy day anything and everything... throw a custard pie at your teacher, eat jelly with chopsticks, stuff marshmallows in your mouth, but don t forget to get sponsored for your zainy activities.
