3 Pathstone Mental Health is the primary provider of mental health services for children, youth and their families in Niagara Region. More than 7362 children, youth and their parents and caregivers were provided help through a variety of programs and services last year. Pathstone Foundation has set two goals to support mental health in Niagara. The first goal is to lessen the stigma associated with mental illness. The second is to raise much-needed funds for research, innovative programs, and capital projects. In just four short years the Hope Award has become a must attend event in Niagara, with more than 600 people in attendance each of the past three years. With Chantal Kreviazuk as the keynote speaker, we anticipate selling out once again. Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati and his wife Yvonne also enjoyed a moment with Richard Dreyfuss More than 600 business leaders from across Niagara came out to support Pathstone Mental Health In 2012, Henry Winkler shared his personal story of his rise to fame while dealing with a learning disability. Rick Mercer entertained the crowd of 600 in 2011 with video clips from his hit TV Show.
