3 TRHS Octagon Club: This group saw February come and go in a flash. Several cancelled days of school made it challenging to get our 2 service projects scheduled and completed. First the students read to the preschool kids on February 18th. What a great way to see these kids giving back on their day off and enjoying reading to the young future Raiders (or Jets). Our second project was to help out at the Optimist Winter Fun Day. It was a small crowd but our students showed up in full force and entertained, painted, played, crafted and just shared some fun with the kids and adults attending the event. We are now going to gear up for our Electronics Drive in May and the Easter Egg Hunt in April. Not much planned for March but you just never know what will pop up with this energetic bunch of young adults! Until April, let s hope for a lot of snow... TO MELT!! Advisors Judy Goodchild and Ann Sheahan Members of the Octagon Club spending their day off of school reading to the children at the Tiny Treasures and Creative Learning day care centers. They spent a half hour at each day care and then left new books for each child to take home with them! Books were purchased through the Read Apple Toy Store and several books are also donated by the Read Apple.

4 EASTER EGG HUNT! APRIL 20 TH! Keep your eye out for sales and donate what you can! Remember to mark your calendars for April 20 th and join us as we offer a morning of fun for children aged 10 and under in this time tested annual tradition in Neshotah Park that brings smiles to the young and old alike! 2 nd Quarter WINUM District Conference CONGRATULATIONS Two Rivers Optimist Club in being named HONOR CLUB for the Optimist Year at the recent 2 nd Quarter WINUM District Conference in Neenah.
