3 From our Worthy President Where has the time gone? It is that time a year again the holidays are quickly approaching. The bowling league is having fun and the fishing tournament at OBX was super, and everyone had fun at the Trunk or Treat event handing out candy and treats to all the little ghosts and goblins. November brings a time of family get togethers and a time for thankfulness. Thanksgiving means turkey whether fried or baked stuffing and all the delicious side dishes along with pumpkin pie and other tasty desserts. Enjoy this time with family and friends. Then it will be time for Santa to make his journey to all the good little boys and girls and adults too. Have you been naughty or nice? Remember the reason for the season and not just the presents and good food. Try to give a family or a child or someone who doesn t have a lot a special gift. Watch the joy on their face when they receive your gift. Be a good Santa s helper. Hope to see you at the Christmas Party. It will be a good time for everyone. May your Thanksgiving be thankful and your Christmas be full of joy. WP Mike Courtney Breakfast Buffet There will be a breakfast buffet on Sunday, November 19th and Sunday, December 17th from 8am to 11am. Please plan to come out and enjoy breakfast.
