2 Introduction The Inaugural Emergency Preparedness Conference (#KEMACon2018), sponsored by the Keystone Emergency Management Association, brought in over 250 emergency preparedness officials from all levels of government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. Everbridge Mutualink Veoci About KEMA The objective of the Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA) is to foster and promote a high degree of capability and competency of the Emergency Management professionals and volunteers in every political subdivision of the Commonwealth by contributing to the common cause of protecting lives and property from both man-made and natural disasters through education, sharing of information and encouragement of partnerships with emergency response organizations. KEMA aims to be recognized by the Pennsylvania emergency management community as a resultsdriven organization of emergency management professionals. 2

For 2019 we will be expanding the Exhibitor booth area and adding a unique opportunity to drive the participants to every booth. With the theme of #KEMACon2019 being Explore the Possibilities, each participant will receive a passport. During the Vendor Showcase and the following day the participants will be guided to get their passport stamped and each exhibitor booth. Qualified passports that have been filled properly will be eligible for prizes as donated by Conference Sponsors. This sponsorship package includes two exhibitor booths with prime placement and complementary registration for four staff members (additional registrations at 50% off), prominent signage throughout the classrooms area thanking you for your sponsorship, top listing on the sponsorship signage placed by the Registration Booth, mentions and links placed on KEMA and Conference social media sites, your organizations logo and link on the Conference website, access to the attendee list, promotional material in attendee bag, and a full-page ad in the Conference Book, prime location placement. Liberty Bell Sponsors: Another premiere sponsorship opportunity that includes one exhibitor booth with prime placement and complementary registration for two staff members (additional registrations at 50% off), prominent signage throughout the classrooms area thanking you for your sponsorship, top listing on the sponsorship signage placed by the Registration Booth, mentions and links placed on KEMA and Conference social media sites, your organizations logo and link on the Conference website, access to the attendee list, promotional material in attendee bag, and a full-page ad in the Conference Book. Ben Franklin Sponsors: Organizations choosing this sponsorship package will receive an exhibitor booth and with a 50% discounted registration for two staff members (additional registrations at full-price), listing on the sponsorship signage placed by the Registration Booth, organizations listing on the Conference website, promotional material in attendee bag, and a quarter-page ad in the Conference Book. More information will be available on the Conference website. 6 Terms and Conditions Application: The online application must be accompanied by a company check or payment. At least 50% of Sponsorship Fees must be made at registration and Full payment must be made by August 1, 2019 before booth assignment will be issued. Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, firstserved basis with sponsors receiving select booth assignments. No booths will be allowed to be set up unless payment in full is received. A late registration fee of $ will be issued for any registrations received after August 1, 2019 and your company will not be included in the Conference Book. Agreement to Conditions: Upon the KEMA s acceptance of the application, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions listed. Exhibit Space: One six-foot draped, skirted table and two chairs constitute one booth area. o This does not include back wall, sidewall, drapes, signs, labor, security, gas, electric, or water. All use of exhibit space is subject to Convention Center s current rules and regulations for exhibit services and must be in compliance with the local safety and fire codes. Cancellation or Relocation of Conference: In the event that KEMA must cancel or relocate the Conference due to circumstances not under the direct control of KEMA, KEMA will have no liability of any kind. Cancellation by Exhibitor: 50% of the full fees are refunded for cancellations received in writing by June 1, Cancellations received after June 1, 2019 are not refundable. Cleanliness: A clean building will be furnished at the start of the contract period and prior to the start of each day s events. Exhibitors must maintain and keep in good order their respective exhibit spaces. Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed in the Blair County Convention Center exhibit area. All smoking must occur in designated area. Delivery and Set-up: Exhibitors are responsible for delivery, setup and removal of all exhibit materials. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange for transportation of booth materials after the event. Each exhibitor should make arrangements with the Blair County Convection Center to coordinate inbound and outbound shipping of materials. Security: All exhibitors are responsible for complete security within exhibit areas, meeting rooms, and other areas to be used by the exhibitors. Overnight security will be provided for the exhibit area. Exhibitor Conduct: All exhibitors and their guests are expected to maintain courteous and professional conduct during the symposium as well as any affiliated gatherings. 6
