2 Executive Reports Chair [ Jon G ] No Report Co Chair [Leslie H] Hello ASC This month my responsibilities still remained within the treasurer position. I was able to make the deposit from November ASC meeting donations in the amount of $ I was able to transfer $218 over to the literature account for motions that passed during the November ASC meeting. I noticed the motion has passed for the Regional donation in the amount of $ I will be able to get a checked signed today, and pass those funds over to the RCM. I was able to get to the post office and pay for the annual fee of $82.00, this is due by the end of November. I paid it in December, I was lucky enough to pay it prior to them closing the box (good thing). I paid the monthly Verizon phone bill in the amount of $ Jerry gave me a box of cash from the Thanksgiving meetings that took place. I will make that deposit along with the deposit from ASC this month. I am sure he has that amount in his report. I think I have covered everything, if not I am sure I will add to the meeting at some point. Our balance is currently $7, Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve This position is still open, if anyone is interested. Leslie :)

Rick and Lisa Entertainment [Dale B.] Good evening fellow addicts, Our committee has voted on holding our New Year's Eve event at the B Lounge at Fiesta fun. This is a private Lounge so it will remain anonymous. We are honored to have Rosemary J. speaking at the event. The event will start at 2 p.m. with the speaker meeting and followed by a bowling competition. Winning team gets bragging rights. It will be a bring your own snacks event. We will wrap up at the bowling alley at 5 p.m. we'll have A 3 hour break until 8 p.m. that's when Outreach will start its Marathon meetings, from my understanding. We will raffle off the collectible NA literature at the 10 o'clock Marathon meeting. We are very excited to team up with Outreach for a fun-filled New Year's Eve. H&I [Wade R ] H and I Everything is going fairly well other than we really need support. we still are not going into purgatory yet but hope to be doing so soon. On January ( next Month ) Will be holding our elections for the upcoming year All positions will need to be filled and we hope you will all come out and at the very least support us in that process, it will be

5 at the southwest center at 6 pm. please please announce this in your home groups and to your sponsee's and lets make 2017 A great year for carrying the message of hope. Thanks for allowing me to be of service Outreach [Jen J.] Hello, We had our business meeting Friday Dec. 9th at 5:30 pm. There were 4 in attendance. We will be supporting the Hurricane meeting on the 11th, which is this Sunday at 8 o'clock. Then to Mesquite on the 20th. The new years eve marathon meetings will be at 8, 10 and 12 midnight at the southwest center. Thank you for allowing me to be of service. Jen J PR [Jerry C ]. PR Report December I ve been in communication with the Public Relations Chair of Region 51. Come to find out, I do not need to travel to the attend the monthly regional PR meeting. I can conference call with them monthly. So, that s pretty cool to know for future Southern Utah PR chairs. I asked her about the $ they said they would give us, and I have yet to receive an answer. After that question, all communication disappeared. I will be a part of the meeting next Saturday and try to get an answer. The meeting on Dixie State campus is not up and running now, due to unseen issues. Mikey will be meeting with the dean this month to get some information on any future meetings on campus. We still have literature at the Wellness Center pieces of literature and one IP rack were taken out of the inventory to be placed in various communities. The bulk of this amount has already been in Mesquite and the remainder will be placed in Hurricane this month. Purgatory now has an IP rack to go along with the meeting lists.

6 The new Kanab meeting was added to the meeting list and the updated meeting list was sent to the web coordinator and The St George Spectrum. December meeting lists will be sent to Richfield, Kanab, Mesquite, and Region 51 after this ASC. We printed 500 meeting lists this month for a cost of $91.73 The web servant placed two fliers from region 51 that our beloved RCM s brought back with them. Also, you can register for SUACNA 10 on line using your debt card!! We have a NASU calendar, SUANA calendar, and SUACNA calendar, so the web servant will be deleting the SUANA calendar this month. We had seventeen phone calls this month and one of them was from Chino, CA. Strange, but hey, we will answer it. Scott and Josh had the phone this past month, so Rosemary will be handling the communication device this month. Our bill for the phone this month is $33.77 One last thing, we looking into putting literature in with the National Guard.
