Thanks go to your Web guy Big Jim for vetting me minutes and once again assisting me with technical difficulties. Thank you for allowing me to serve. ADMIN REPORT: 501C report is attached as scanned document. Web Web is up to date. Old Elections Open Forum Journey@6:30 There was a discussion regarding arguing and threats at meeting. HG were asked to do meeting etiquette presentations. There was a discussion about lack of atmosphere of recovery at some NA meetings. The Chair gave all GSR s time to speak. 3 SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS RCM: Kim We did not have a Region meeting in December. I am asking again about the symposium that s happening in March. I have given the flyer to IT Chair Jim; he has posted on website and have spoken about it several times. We will reserve rooms for our area, and will be reimbursed the Sunday night. I was given the ok for men s and women s room Friday and Saturday. There is plenty of space for more people. You can come for the day, if and participate in the workshops and banquet. These things will be of small cost. Please think about it and let me know by next area..they will need a estimate for head count by February 15. More to be revealed next area... Activities: Chair Jon Vice-Chair Judy Secretary Pam Activities is going well and we had 2 events in December. First was a movie night that had a decent attendance and made $64. Second was NYE which was highly attended throughout the night and activities would like to thank the Area for its support. After expenses we had a donation of $ Unity Day is February 2 nd and March 17 th there will be an event April 20 th, more to be revealed. On a side note, we as a committee forgot to donate for movie nights, so we are going to get that amount and have a more accurate COH. *Please see attached budget for December events and Unity Day H&I : Chair- Melissa MF VC- Nikki P Sec. Lissi C Lit Sam C H&I is a consistently growing subcommittee. We are holding a soft cover book drive for the inmates at Land O Lakes jail. These books will be the property of the inmate and they will be able to take them home as they leave the facility. Mike F was voted to head up this book drive, please see him or an H&I member or more info. H&I will have a mock jail at Unity Day, Nikki P is the POC. If you would like an application for the jail please see Michelle P or Danny O. In the spirit of rotation we will be rotating panel leader positions for Bay Care and CRC. PR: Chair Cheryl H

4 Vice Vacant Secretary Heather L Phone line Coordinator John C Learning Day will be with H&I May 18 th Reviewed project of putting decals in all bus stops is under way Ratio station 106 approached the subcommittee about a PSA more will be revealed. Rope center is adverting a NA meeting, Nicki will contact more will be revealed. New budget was submitted.
