2 RECOGNITION OF NEW GROUPS: No new groups. OPEN FORUM: Stephanie L. asked for some suggestions about putting names on board for celebrations if the members are not active. Several members gave feedback. Mike E. stated that we will need coffee at next ASC. Mike E. also voiced concerns about the sub-committee meetings running over allotted time. Christy E. said we will address time issue in new business. Nicole W. asked GSR's to remind groups to offer support during carpools and not be judgemental. SECRETARY REPORT: Sherry J. (see attached) TREASURER REPORT: Ladd G. (see attached) RCM REPORT: (no written report) Mike E. gave information on adobe meeting which is held the 1 st Sunday of the month at 2pm. The RD explained that we do not need the $750 for the meeting since access has been borrowed per say. The RD asked that the proposal for the $750 be tabled. Another meeting will be scheduled to have new signers added. 2) Area Inventory. NEW BUSINESS: 1) CHRISTY B. FROM FLORENCE OUTREACH CONTACTED ABOUT AREA INVENTORY. NEED TO FIND A FACILITY TO HOLD INVENTORY, FIND OUT COST TO HAVE, AND SUPPLY 3 DATES DAYS OUT FROM NEXT AREA ( ). 2) ISSUES WITH SUB-COMMITTEE MEETINGS RUNNING OVER ALLOTTED TIME: MAKE SURE CHAIR STARTS AND STOPS ON TIME. 3) NOMINATION FOR CHRIS A. FOR FITS VICE TREASURER. SINCE WE HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE DECISION. OPEN FORUM: KRIS L. THANKED JAKE B. AND FELLOW ADHOC MEMBERS FOR TIME SPENT COMPLETING OBLIGATIONS.
