A special thank you to the City of Orlando We are proud to offer you an opportunity to sponsor the 13th annual Back-to-School Bash health fair & resource charity event scheduled for July 9, 018, 10 am - pm at the Amway Center. Join us to reach over 18,000 in attendance with some of our initial supporters including Sam s Club, Florida Hospital, Reed Nissan, Healthfair, Stuph Clothing, Kessler Creative, Community Health Centers, Central Florida Dental Society, Harris Rosen, Paul Mitchell and Dick Batchelor. Due to increased exposure and media coverage, we are anticipating an even larger event this 018. With thousands of displaced children from Puerto Rico and other storm damaged areas, 1 in 4 children living in poverty in Orlando, FL and thousands of families in need of our help, we are reaching out to you for your support. This event would not be possible without our community sponsors like you! Our mission of ensuring that Central Florida children are ready to be successful and confident for the coming school year is our goal. We are excited to have the opportunity to unite and serve. Along with providing over 10,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, we will also be offering immunizations, vision and dental screenings, haircuts, and important information regarding community and school resources all at no cost to the families. In order to execute this event and reach as many families as possible, we are requesting your assistance. We will love to offer you branding and promotion of your organization through media coverage, banner placements, onsite advertising, and announcements as a thank you for your commitment to Central Florida families. We have several sponsorship packages for your review: For $,500, we can provide 100 children with backpacks and school supplies. Your organization will receive pre-event branding and advertising at the venue. For $5,000, we can provide over 00 children with backpacks and school supplies. Your organization will receive preevent branding, advertising at the venue, and an event table. For $7,500, we can provide over 300 children with backpacks and school supplies. Your organization will receive preevent branding, advertising at the venue, an event table, and the option to provide a branded item or resource in each backpack. For $1,500, we can provide over 500 children with backpacks filled with school supplies and haircuts. Your organization will receive pre-event branding, advertising at the venue, promotion from the main stage, two event tables, and the option to provide an item or resource in each backpack. For $0,000 or more, we can provide additional promotion of your organization. We are open to negotiate any specific kind of promotion that fits your needs. 8 FOUNDATION 3YEARS OF SERVICE Dear Sponsor, We are happy to contact you regarding the 13th annual Hope Now Foundation Back to School Bash. We want to thank you in advance for your consideration in sponsoring such an important charity event and the only one of its kind in Florida. The event is scheduled for July 9, 018 from 10:00am to :00pm. Over the last several years the event has helped over 48,000 children start their school year off with a successful foot forward. Last year, the event positively reflected our sponsors and supporters commitment to the Central Florida community via ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Telemundo, Univision, the Orlando Sentinel and other media outlets. The event attracted nearly 5,000 attendees from five of the surrounding counties, along with 400 volunteers who have helped make this program a success. All contributions from the sponsorship packages will be distributed to directly benefit event attendees. Promotional advertising, branding opportunities, and activities have been strategically planned to enhance our sponsor s opportunity at the event. We look forward to sharing your company s logo and information with the Central Florida community!
