1 I LINC Onlin Survy Summary Th aim of I LINC is to bring togthr all Europan stakholdrs in th fild of ICT for larning and inclusionn with rgard to youth mployability and ntrprnurship. For a succssful participation of stakholdrs it will b ncssary to rach, collct and inform as many actors and initiativs as possibl. To this nd, I LINC conductd a Europan onlin survy to map a broad varity of actors and initiativs. First rsults of th survy ar rprsntd in this summary rport. Th I LINC onlin survy has bn instrumntal in idntifying rlvant actors (projcts, organisations, initiativs, tc.) in th fild of ICT for larning and inclusion on Europan, national and rgional lvl. Whil th survy rsults hav dmonstratd that som projcts and organisations in th fild of digital larning for young popl sm not to includ an inclusion, mployability and/or ntrprnurship prspctiv, it is th I LINC projct aim to link actors and hlp thm ntwork and vntually tak into account all currnt prspctivs in ordr to boost young popl s mployability capacitis and facilitat thir timly intgration as digital citizns. Mthodology Th stakholdr mapping survy is a synthsis of formrr mpirical studis in th fild of ICT, Larning, Inclusion, Youth, Education and Training, Employability and Entrprnurship. Th survy askd popl to fill in organisations, initiativs/programms/projcts and policy actions in th contxt of ICT, Education and Training, Inclusion, Youth, Employability and/or Entrprnurship. It was dsignd with a dual approach: By filling in th survy stakholdrs would - Provid dataa which will b publicly accssibl on a databas (I LINC rpository) whichh incrass stakholdr s visibility (survy part 1) - Provid data for an in dpth analysis with a focus on social innovation (survy part 2) Survy part 1 concrns information that is dirctly includd in our publicly accssibl databas (I LINC rpository) and survy part 2 concrns information that is analysd confidntially and is not mad publicly accssibl on a singl cas basis. Furthrmor, corporat or individual idntity in rlation to individual data or individual rsults will not b disclosd in th official documnts and publications mrging out of th rsarch concrning information from survy part 2. Th survy consistd of 24 qustions with an approximat of about 1 2 minuts for compltion. It ran from 22/ /1/215 31/12/215. Rspondntss wr askd to provid as many organisations and projcts as thy likd. Th survy was dissminatd via divrs onlin channls and mail mailrs of all I LINC projct partnrs. Th rsults of th survy cannot b considrd in th scintific sns as rprsntativ. Thr is no dfind population that includs all organizations, projcts and ntworks that dal with ICT, Larning, Inclusion, Youth, Education and Training, Employability and Entrprnurship. Thus nithr a full survy nor a sampling could b prformd. 3 thir ntworks. Th sampl was cratd by ky stakholdrs on th basis of rlvanc assssmnt. Th dynamic sampling basd on th actors xprtis is fundamntally diffrnt from th orthodox approach to us xisting rgistrs or databass, but offrs th option of intgrating rlvant actors, which ar not covrd by th dfind mapping ruls of an x ant dfind population. Rsults Th rsults prsntd hr ar a summary of th first part of qustions in th survy. Th Europan onlin stakholdr survy had 94 valid cass in total. Rspondnts com from all Europan countris and th dscribd organisationss and projcts offr thir activitis in almost all Europan languags. English and Spanish ar th dominant languags, but all othr Europan languags ar among th dscribd organisations and projcts as wll. Rspondnts includd organisations and projcts with a high thmatic focus on ICT, youth, ducation and mployability (s figur 1). Lss organisations and projcts hav an important focus on inclusion and ntrprnurship. On th othr hand, only vry fw organisations and projcts hav no focus on ICT, youth and/or ducation, whras som projcts and organisations hav no thmatic focus on inclusion, mployability and /or ntrprnurship. Providing onlin slfimportant assssmnts or intrnt mdiatd voluntring such as onlin intrnships dos not play an rol for a lot of stakholdrs but is an activity offrd at last by a minority of organisations and projcts. I LINC nds to find ways to also addrss stakholdrs which might not b quippd with a lot of human rsourcs. Th information givn in this rport is basd on an analysis of th first part of th I LINC Europan onlin stakholdr survy. Th datast cass qustionss about th organisational dvlopmnt of diffrnt projcts and will b availabl in our I LINC rpository soon. Th scond part of th survy includdd organisations, about motivations for founding an initiativ and prcivd succss factors and barrirs.
