Hearing her personal experiences and getting to see her adaptations and the technology used to communicate with the audience. A tangible and educational experience in seeing hearing and being exposed to disability through the eyes of Ms. Girma and why it s important to advocate. Demonstrated what I can do to break the barrier and make a change to help those with disabilities. Assertion of the idea that we shouldn t assume what people with disabilities are capable of. She provided resources and encouragement to provide access.
