1 Day One: Lacrosse o 4 corners using lacrosse related locomotor and nonlocomotoer skills (sliding, sprinting, dodging, and jumping). o Muscular endurance: 12 Ways of Fitness (using skills and exercises relevant to lacrosse i.e. push-ups; tricep dips; sprints and etc. o Equipment o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Students will run across the field cradling the ball as they move. Students will then pass back and forth with a partner.
2 Day Two: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student. o Holy Moly o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Tri-Stations 1. Practice scooping the ball off the ground (stationary and moving). 2. Partner passing. 3. Cone weaves (obstacles) while passing to a partner.
3 Day Three: Lacrosse o 3 minute jump rope o Fitness Stations: Muscular endurance and strength 1. Sit ups/crunches 2. Push ups (regular and/or modified) 3. Wall squats 4. Mountain climbers Review: o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Shooting for accuracy drill. o 2 on 3 scoring activity.
4 Day Four: Lacrosse o Assigned stretches lead by student. o Step Aerobics Review: o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Face off o Stations (with partners) o Cradling o Passing o Scooping o Shooting o Face off practice o Partner passing while moving o Accuracy shooting drill

Knee high jumps 4. Steps Review/Lesson Focus o Cradling o Passing o Catching o Scooping o Shooting o Stations from day 4 activity. o Scooping relays. o Steal the bacon. o Shooting relays. o Accuracy shooting drills.

13 Day Thirteen: Lacrosse o Stretches lead by teacher o Pilates o Study guide and review for test o 6 on 6 game
14 Day Fourteen: Lacrosse o Quick review session (student roundtable) o Yoga o Written lacrosse test o 6 on 6 game
15 Resources This is a great site!! We change and added some things because it is not in the same format and they do not have all the same requirements as we do but if you need any resources on the rules, terms, positions, equipment, drills, assessments and etc I would strongly suggest this site.
