One critical issue facing our community is non-funded health services. Gaps in vital services create substantial disparities between First Nations and Saskatchewan citizens. 7 ABOUT THE SASKATOON TRIBAL COUNCIL Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) improves the quality of life of First Nations through mutually beneficial partnerships with community organizations and industry.
