This symposium presents a great opportunity to get involved in an outstanding educational event, which promotes the exchange of knowledge. There will be multiple occasions for interaction with conference attendees. Each break during the symposium will take place within the Exhibitor area. UCR Palm Desert Center Frank Sinatra Drive, Palm Desert, CA, USA 9221 Phone: The Inaugural Modern Psychiatry Symposium will focus on psychopharmacology along with treatment updates in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, tardive dyskinesia, major depressive disorder, pseudobulbar affect, insomnia, Parkinson s related psychosis to name a few and the impact they have on clinical care. We anticipate broad attendance, including investigators and experts from all areas of psychiatry research and related disciplines. Set- up will include: Booth area approx. (maximum height of exhibit must not exceed 9 feet) One 6 skirted table Waste basket Two side chairs Carpeted floor Nightly cleaning during exhibit days One standard electric outlet Note: All personnel staffing the exhibit must be registered as a conference attendee.

4 April 5-7, 2019 Palm Desert, California Booth Location, Set- up, and Takedown The exhibit area will be communicated approximately 1 month prior to symposium. Set- up will take place on Friday, April 5 between 8:00am and 10:30am. Dismantling will take place between 12:00pm and 2:30pm on Sunday, April 7. Booth Audio- Visual Along with your booth space you will receive one standard plug. Should you require alternative options for power at your booth, this can be organized. If you require wireless Internet, it is available through UCR Palm Desert. Should you have any other AV requirements, please contact Jean- Francois (JF) Dicaire at jfdicaire@pinnacle- me.com Exhibit Hall Floor Plan Exhibit location choice will be based on a first come first serve basis. Exhibit hall floor plan will be provided at a later date. Handouts Standard promotional materials, visual aids, clinical trial reprints, and scientific papers are allowed as handouts. Distribution of any item that could be construed as a gift for the purpose of enticing visits to your booth is strictly prohibited. This includes pens, highlighters, key chains, books and other items of this nature. Distribution of gift certificates, credit vouchers, coupons or monetary items is strictly prohibited. Security The booth area will be locked outside of the scheduled booth exhibit hours. Security of your booth will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. If you wish to have insurance on your booth, you may purchase it on your own.

UCR Palm Desert is able to hold for pick- up until Tuesday, April 9 as long as all of the necessary arrangements including contacting the courier to schedule the pick- up are made by the exhibitor.
