4 Outreach Encouragement Work with Brad Pellish/Christi Grove in communicating with BBC s global ministry partners (monthly/ongoing) Faith Participate in establishment of prayer ministry focused on BBC s local & global outreach initiatives (through 2018) Faith Participate in 2018 Ramadan prayer initiative (May 15- June 14, 2018) Giving Participate with one or more of our 2018 short-term mission team members through your financial support Giving Participate in Free to Laugh s efforts to combat commercial sexual exploitation through your financial support Leadership Potential to work with Brad Pellish leading a community outreach effort focused on Foster Care solutions Leadership Potential to work with Brad Pellish leading an outreach effort focused on Solano School Participate in annual Jesus Rocks marathon outreach (January 13-14) Participate in annual citrus gleaning event (Administration) (Construction) (Medical) (Mercy) (Misc.) 5 Care & Counseling / / / Teaching/Discipleship Teaching/Discipleship Becoming a mending the soul facilitator for women/men Visiting our members who are shut-in long term or short term Aiding with memorial service receptions Coming along side individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of Gods word while being counseled Married couples who would be willing to come along side other married couples that are struggling. This would be a commitment to be trained in a Stephens Ministry format Mercy/Patience/Encouragement Be willing to spend time with individuals or couples that are transitioning and need company more than counseling. Encouragement/ Encouragement/ Encouragement/ Encouragement/ Encouragement/ Helping with support groups for individuals with long term chronic illness. Must be willing to be trained in a biblical application of the Stanford Chronic Disease model. Be willing to be trained as a facilitator for the Parents of Addicted Loved Ones program (PALS) Be willing to assist with the Special Needs Ministry for parents with children with medical challenges/emotional challenges Facilitate a biblical support group for individuals with addictions. The groups will require training for the facilitators. Couples who would be willing to be trained in pre-marital counseling.

8 Communications /Administration Friendly and timely social media management (Instagram or Facebook) Leadership Leadership of Bethany Photo Team managing team members and assigning shoots Participation on Bethany Photo Team photography skills and equipment required Weekly printing and folding of bulletins Leadership/Administration Exhortation/Teaching (skill required) Administration Leadership Generosity Promotional video shooting and editing for our various ministries Management of blog schedule sending blog article requests and reminders and proofreading the articles that come in Graphic design of event promotions some training offered, but skill and Adobe software required Communicate with staff about upcoming event details 2 (or more) months ahead so that promotion can be created Brainstorming with Ryan Brown and management of media and arts festival at Bethany Sponsorship of equipment and software needed for an on-going communications internship training up a new generation of church communications leaders
