2 ABOUT GROUPS Our purpose is to see LIFE CHANGE HAPPEN in the lives of people in Northwest Houston and we know this is accomplished by encouraging God, connecting with others, and discovering our purpose. Our groups exist to cultivate environments for connections, friendships, and spiritual transformations among people. Meeting together in a group atmosphere is a catalyst for experiencing the life changing love of Jesus, together! We offer three types of Groups. The 2018 Summer Group Semester is from June 3 to July 29 FAITH GROUPS The primary purpose is to provide personal growth through Bible Study. FELLOWSHIP GROUPS The primary purpose is to connect with people on a more casual level. FUN GROUPS These are interest-based groups connecting people with similar hobbies. **Childcare varies dependent upon each Group. For more details, please contact your Group leader.**

3 FAITH GROUPS PRAYER GROUP Don & Barbara Calvin Contact Info: Location: Real Life Church Tomball Pkwy., Tomball, TX Wednesdays at 7:00pm We will start with a brief time of worship, and then we will look at a Bible verse or two and discover what it says about prayer. We will share prayer needs and testimonies of answered prayers, and then we will join in a time of corporate prayer. ADULT-BROWN BAG LUNCH & PRAYER Cheryl Darrow Contact Info: cadarrow80@gmail.com Location: Real Life Church Tomball Pkwy., Tomball, TX Tuesdays from 12:00pm-2:00pm - Bring your favorite Brown-bag Lunch at 12:00pm - Enjoy lunch and fellowship together in the commons area at RLC - At 1:00pm we ll join together in prayer Join us as we enjoy a time of lunch, prayer, and fellowship together.

4 THE FRIENDS OF JESUS BY KAREN KINGSBURY Casey Herring Contact Info: Location: Panera Bread Tomball Pkwy., Tomball, TX Mondays at 6:00pm - Bible Study for Women In this study we will explore six people in the life of Jesus and the depth of friendship that is found with each one. All six of these friends of Jesus bring a variety of experiences and examples that show the ups and downs of friendship - and remind us that true friendship is worth the time and commitment involved through those challenging and joyful times. BIBLE STUDY FOR SENIORS Cheryl Darrow Contact Info: Location: Retreat at Westlock - Theater Room TX-249, Tomball, TX Mondays at 7:00pm - June 18th - July 23rd This is for seniors and anyone else interested in attending. You must call the number when you arrive in order to get access to the property.

5 FELLOWSHIP GROUPS REAL LIFE CHURCH KIDS Lindi Picou Contact Info: Location: Real Life Church Tomball Pkwy., Tomball, TX st & 3rd Wednesday at 7:00pm - Kinder - 5th grade Elementary Students We will be breaking into teams to see who can get the most points in games, races, Bible memory, and attendance. Your kids will have a blast! JR. We ll meet up once a month at various places doing fun activities together.

Let s have an informal summer group where we remind each other of God s promises over coffee and snacks, and encourage one another in friendship and God s Word. Be ready to share some of your favorite Bible verses about God s promises each week for discussion. Come join us this summer as we meet at various restaurants to enjoy good food and dude time. We ll also do various service projects to help those in need of assistance.

Join us for recreational volleyball games and learning how to play better. We will begin each group with some practice time to learn good techniques. If you have a volleyball, bring it. Join with other women on Sunday afternoon for 4 weeks, as we tackle our closets, one task at a time. Learn organization and wardrobe style tips that will streamline your life and make getting dressed in the morning a JOY! You will learn what you need for the bones of a good wardrobe and how to accessorize like a pro. In this group we will clear out the clutter and get ready for life change! 10 CARING FOR OUR CHURCH FAMILY Sharon McMinn Contact Info: Location: Various places - Date & Time TBD Objective - to show love through action to our church family through: (1) Providing frozen/quick and easy meals when needed to those with newborn babies and families of those who are sick. (2) Visiting seniors who live alone. (3) Other social service projects as needed. Are you a parent and want to introduce your child to the great outdoors but don t want to do it alone? No matter your reason for wanting to do outdoor activities, spending time outdoors provides many health benefits as well as reduces stress. Join Certified Texas Master Naturalist, Joy Klumpp, this summer as she introduces you to the world of hiking, geocaching and kayaking all while learning how to be good stewards of our environment and natural resources. This class is family friendly.
