The following commitments have insured less waste to the Association s bottom line and to the environment: 2013: Discontinued the printing and mailing of 5,000 membership directories and replaced it with the online Law Firm Directory. The creditorsbar.org website-based directory averages 30,000 visits per year. 2015: Successfully launched membership registration and payment processing online through the creditorsbar.org website. The Association also launched the online Buyer s Guide to provide our exhibitors and sponsors an online opportunity to be seen by our members. 2017: Successfully brought the Conference registration process in house through the creditorsbar.org website. NEW 2018: Discontinued printing and distributing a Conference book at the biannual conferences. 3 Sponsorship Opportunities Support of National Creditors Bar Association and its events demonstrates commitment to the practice of creditors rights law. Conference sponsorships are limited to creditors rights industry vendors, clients and law firms. Conference advertisements are limited to creditors rights industry vendors and clients; while the Association greatly appreciates the support of law firms, our policy does not allow law firms to exhibit or advertise at the conferences. Sponsorship of gifts and activities is not considered advertising but as recognition of your support for the Association s activities. Exhibitor Opportunities Booth Fees Standard booth location $3,300 Premium booth location $4,000 Exhibitor Booth Includes: 10 deep x 10 wide booth Overnight security Pipe and drape construction 1 waste basket 1 skirted 6 table & 2 chairs 2 complimentary conference registrations (a $3,160 value!) Booth identification sign Furniture, electricity, phone lines and other services are available for an additional fee through the contracted exhibit company. A packet will be sent to you with all of the necessary information after booth processing. Location of Exhibits The exhibit hall areas are configured to facilitate continuous interaction between exhibitors and attendees. Meals, breaks and receptions will be catered in the exhibit hall for all attendees to have the opportunity for optimal networking. Additional Exhibit Staff Exhibit Hall Access Only: $495 (limit 2) Exhibit Hall Access Plus Full Conference: $945 (limit 2) Cancellation Policy Exhibitors submitting written requests for cancellation of booth space more than 90 days prior to the start date of the conference in which the booth is reserved will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 90 days of the start date of the conference. Except as the Exhibitor s rental obligation will be refunded as set forth in the preceding sentences, the Exhibitor is responsible for the total booth rental irrespective of the reason for cancellation by the Exhibitor or because of the failure of an Exhibit to arrive for any reason Exhibit Hall Hours Setup: Thursday, October a.m. Friday, October 5 Hall open: 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Breakdown: 2-5 p.m. Applying for Exhibit Space To apply for exhibit space, please visit and complete the Exhibitor Contract. Final payment for Exhibit booths is required within 30 days of receipt of exhibit contract to guarantee booth location. 3

7 National Creditors Bar Association s 25th Anniversary Sponsorships NATIONAL CREDITORS BAR ASSOCIATION 25 th Anniversary National Creditors Bar Association s 25th Anniversary In November 1992 in New York City, 20 collection attorneys met to discuss how to develop retail collection business. They unanimously agreed that a new association should be formed to foster the idea. At the time, nobody - including creditors - knew who the biggest law firm in each state was, or even who practiced in this field of law. NARCA saw the need to identify retail collection law firms, bind them together, and let creditors know what their members could provide to them. Don Kramer, NARCA s first president, rented a small space near his office in St. Louis and hired an Executive Director. The first NARCA Collection Conference was held at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas in NARCA, now National Creditors Bar Association, has continued to grow as an association devoted to law firms that collect consumer debt.
