Justine and Michelle have been busy completing their training to become fitness instructors and we are very happy to announce that they will be running 3 new classes in Term Justine will be running an early morning Fast & Furious class on a Tuesday to help cater for those who like to get going before work. This will be similar in style to Jaynes class, with bursts of High Intensity Cardio, mixed in with short periods of strength exercises. Justine will also be offering a Wednesday mid-morning Strength workout. Perfect for just after School drop-off or for those who don t work on a Wednesday morning. Michelle will be starting a Body Circuit class on a Tuesday evening. This class will also be similar to Jaynes F&F class, and will help tone that body back up after the Christmas Break. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year. Classes at the Fitness Zone resume 22nd Jan If you have any other suggestions, give us a call. Monthly on a Tuesday afternoon. $5/session Register your interest Meditation with Rosie 1hr class including 30mins basic guided mediation and breathing and relaxation exercises. Followed by 30mins of a talk on a health and wellbeing topic. $10/class Register your interest Monday 5th Feb Harem Pants $20 for the class $10 for materials (or BYO) Phone to book a place Mondays am $100 for 4 week course Basic or Next Step Excel & Internet Facebook Wordpress Website Workshop Design your own website for your business and learn how to change and maintain it. Starting Feb 2018 Bring your business into the digital world with a brand new website. And the best bit is, because you have designed it, you will know how to change it, maintain it and update it! 3 News from the House YCLC end of Year Christmas Breakup A great time was had by all. Lots of food, laughter and catching up. Thank you to everyone who came, especially the lovely Rotary men who cooked up the BBQ. 4 Parks Week 2018 Family Fun Day Saturday 3rd March 2018 Yarram Memorial Gardens Lots of Activities for kids and adults Craft Fitness Woodwork Flower arranging Food, Fun & Laughter Parks Victoria hold Parks Week in March every year to encourage people to get out and explore the outdoor spaces around them. This year YCLC is coordinating a family fun day in the Yarram Memorial Gardens, for families to get out and active in Yarram. Wordpress Website Workshop series Does your Business Website need a revamp? Are you missing out on business because you are out of date? Do you not know where to start, or how to update We have the workshop for you! We are looking at holding a Wordpress Website Design and Management Workshop Series. At the end of the series, you will have a fully functioning Website for your business that you have designed, and you will know how to manage it! Expressions of interest are now being taken on 5182
