1 All Saints Daffodil Show 2015 Advertising space in next year s Show Schedule is available to businesses which might like to support this community minded venture. Many people frequent the All Saints Market, drop into The Jesse Tree (All Saints Gift & Op Shop), pop into the Quiet Gardens behind the church to sit and contemplate or just visit the church during the day for a quiet moment. This flow of people will be exposed to your advertising in the weeks preceding the show. Our first three shows have been a great success with members of the community pouring in over the two day event, many returning several times. Attendance in 2013 was around 800 people. Next year we would like to offer you the opportunity to support the show by buying advertising space and/or sponsoring a specific prize. All Saints Daffodil Show 20 & 21 September 2014 Saturday 20-10am to 4pm Sunday 21-12noon to 4pm Advertising space is available in the 2015 Schedule at the following rates. Full page (19cm) - $80.00 Half page (8.5cm) - $50.00 or $8 per cm Corporate Logos can be incorporated into the advertisement. We are also seeking a major sponsor for the show. Potential benefits offered include appearance of business logo on all literature and signage, prominent product placement opportunity for your business and sponsorship acknowledgement. Rod is a genius with plants. He has imported all sorts of amazing bulbs, corms, rhizomes and tubers from around the world over the last 40 or so years and is a walking encyclopaedia on all things daffodil. Rod is also an amazing artist and has again this year drawn the fantastic line drawings for people at our show to colour in. THANK YOU GLENBROOK! 3 Welcome to the 4th Annual All Saints Daffodil Show The vase theme for this years show is Jugs & Jars. I would like to welcome everyone to the Fourth Annual All Saints Daffodil Show. The daffodils are tipping in anticipation of another grand showing. Lots of sunshine and a little rain every now and again augurs well for a fine display at All Saints this year. Incidentally the stonework on the west end of the church is looking magnificent and some small part of that achievement can be put down to funds raised at the three daffodil shows we have held so far. The lower hall has been beautifully restored and extended thanks to a generous bequest from much loved parishioner Julie Hawker and has been renamed The Julie Hawker Centre. Additional themes this year include Pirates, Shells, Mermaids and Carmen Miranda. Bonus points will be awarded for those clever exhibitors who can incorporate one or more of these themes within their display. As always the prizes will be as generous as we can rustle up so any donations will be greatly appreciated. The sale of daffodils at The Jesse Tree, both before and during the show, supports our ability to give generous prizes. Prior to the show The Jesse Tree will sell daffodils for $3.00 a bunch or 2 bunches for $5 (Hobart s cheapest flowers) and daffodils will, of course, be available at the show.
