3 Benefiting APLA Health APLA HEALTH MISSION: APLA Health has been meeting the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS for 35 years. Our mission is to achieve health care equity and promote well-being for the LGBT and other underserved communities and people living with and affected by HIV. Housing support services that help low income people with HIV/AIDS find or retain safe and affordable housing in the impossible Los Angeles housing market. Home health care to help our most fragile clients live in their own homes rather than in institutions. Case management, Clientline and Benefits services to help thousands each year successfully navigate a complex, confusing and bureaucratic system. 7 Special Day-of-Event Opportunities $15,000 Each These special day-of-event sponsorship opportunities, each for $15,000, can be combined with any other level of sponsorship or stand on their own. Choices include, but are not limited to: Sign-in Host Make a great first impression on the 10,000 AIDS Walk participants by hosting the Sign-In area. When walkers arrive at Grand Park on the morning of the event, they are directed to Sign-In. As the Sign-In Host, your organization will have its logo on three banners in the Sign-In Area, as well as on over 75 Sign-In Area signs. You will also have the opportunity to have members of your organization volunteer, wearing branded accessories (such as hats) with your company s logo, and to have your organization s balloons in the Sign-In Area. As the Aerobic Warm-Up Host, your organization will receive recognition in announcements made from the stage prior to the Aerobic Warm-Up. 8 Special Day-of-Event Opportunities $15,000 Each VIP Breakfast Host Sponsor the most prestigious, exclusive area at AIDS Walk Los Angeles. Star Walkers, Sponsors, Elected Officials, Celebrities and honored guests will gather for breakfast on the iconic, marble forecourt of Los Angeles City Hall. As the VIP Breakfast Host, your organization will play a major role in the experience of our most high-profile supporters. Your organization s logo will be on the VIP breakfast s invitations and RSVP forms, as well as the e-confirmation mailing. Your organization will also have two banners and balloons displayed throughout the VIP breakfast, as well as the opportunity to have a representative from your organization speak at the the VIP breakfast presentation. 9 Special Day-of-Event Opportunities $15,000 Each Route Markers Your organization s logo will be seen ten times by all 10,000 walkers as they pass strategic junctures along the route. Enthusiastic volunteers will be present at each route marker to hold the marker and cheer on walkers as they pass, and your organization will have the opportunity to outfit those Mile Marker volunteers with your organization s t-shirt. Finish Line Your organization s logo will be seen by all 10,000 walkers as they experience the most triumphant AIDS Walk Los Angeles moment - crossing the Finish Line! Enthusiastic volunteers, which you can outfit with your organization s t-shirt, will greet and cheer on walkers as they complete their walk. You will have the opportunity to brand the snacks and giveaways handed out to each walker, as well as have your company s name on the Certificate of Completion that each walker receives and provide branded table cloths to cover the Finish Line tables. 10 Special Day-of-Event Opportunities $15,000 Each Title Sponsor of the Post Walk Show As the Title Sponsor of the AIDS Walk Los Angeles Post-Walk Show, your organization will be mentioned everywhere the Post-Walk show is advertised as a reward for AIDS Walk Los Angeles participants: on our website, team leader kit, Day-of-Event Mailer, multiple e-blasts, Star Walker Welcome Letter, and Promo card.
