Recieved: 20 Decemer 2016 Accepted: 5 Mrch 2017 Summry Twenty one pregnnt Snen gots were used nd lood smples collected one week pre prturition, on prturition time, one week nd two weeks post prturition. Biomrkers of oxidtive stress including, SOD, GPX, ctlse nd trce elements including Se, Zn, Cu, Fe nd lipid profile nd serum enzymes; AP, AST nd ALT were mesured. decresed significntly on prturition time compred to one week pre prturition nd incresed one week post prturition gin nd there ws significnt decresing two weeks fter prturition rther thn efore (0.001). SOD, GPX nd Ctlse decresed fter prturition (0.05). There were no significnt chnges in serum triglyceride nd cholesterol t these 4 times ut incresed significntly t one nd two weeks fter prturition in comprison with prturition time nd one week efore prturition (0.001). Se decresed significntly on prturition time nd in one week fter it (0.05) ut incresed gin in 2 weeks fter prturition nd reched to its serum level efore prturition. Serum Zn nd Cu concentrtion were significntly incresed fter prturition (0.05). Serum Fe decresed prtly regulr fter prturition nd its difference ws significnt two weeks fter prturition in comprison to preprtum level. A significntly decrese of Serum AP nd AST ws post prturition (0.001). This finding shows tht Snen gots undergo vrition of oxidtive stress with decresed of some trce elements fter prturition.
