1 PADETTE Volume 68 Issue 3 President s Corner Aug/Sept/Oct 2009 Hello Members & Friends, Summer is pretty cool this time of the year. Hope you alll have good summer vacations. Kids going back to school in a month!! Fall is coming around the corner. There will be lots of events going on around P.A.D. Hope you all going to come and enjoy the festivities. Last Month Jim Toner, Charles Fisher, Jeff Janaszek, John MacWilliams, Chris Noschese, Cheryl Noschese and Jean Toner came to P.A.D. to do a Makeover upstairs. We painted the walls in 3 different colors. Many members liked the new colors and looks more formal and wider look. Hope you all enjoy our new Makeover. I hope that many of you come out on August 22 nd for DPHH at PAD. We will have Wii, ACE Night and Social with new people and friends. Come out and support DPHH at PAD. Chris and I went to Europe for 14 days and went to see Spain, Rome, Italy, Croatia and Greece on Cruise and were great experience and History. We like all of them. Coming soon is an ASL Expo on October 17 th at Monroeville Expo Hall. Hope you all come on out and enjoy the ASL Expo. For more information see Chairperson Larry Hast. PAD/GPCCD will host the End of Summer Picnic on Saturday August 29 th, at South Park. See Chairperson Jefff Janaszek, and GPCCD Sports Funds. Also Spaghetti Outing and 2 Halloween Party for Kids and Adults on Oct 31 st. PAD will be closed on Aug 29 th due to End of Summer Picnic!!!!
