Andrew qualified BDS with honours in Bristol 1986 and subsequently MBChB with honours in Birmingham He attained FDSRCS in 1992 and FRCS He passed exit FRCS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery {FRCS (OMFS)} with the Gold Medal in Year He is an Associate Editor in TMJ surgery for BJOMS and referees articles for IJOMS, EJCMFS, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology and Rheumatology. He has written 15 book chapters, 60 peer reviewed papers and given over 100 international scientific presentations and over 50 international invited lectures. He is the BAOMS Special Interest Group Lead for TMJ, secretary for the British TMJ Surgeons Association and a foundation member of the European Society for TMJ Surgery (ESTMJS) and Past President in He is one of only 8 surgeons in the UK currently providing over 10 TMJ Joint Replacement procedures yearly having performed over 250 alloplastic joint replacements and is in the top 10% providers of TMJ replacement in the world. He practices in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Queens Medical Centre and The Park Hospital, Nottingham and at Harley Street in London. Dr. Anthony F. Markus, FRCS, FDSRCPS, FDSRCS, FFDRCSI Topic: Functional Management of mid-face deficiency in cleft and craniofacial disorders. Dr. Anthony F. Markus is Fellow, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow ; Royal Society of Medicine and Foundation Council Member Section of Maxillofacial Surgery ; British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Royal Society of Health. He is also Past President and Member, Oral Surgery Club of Great Britain. He has also been a Member to Clinical Standards Advisory Group, UK Department of Health. He is Founder Member, Trustee and Executive Board Member for International Cleft Lip and Palate Association and Trustee to Hyderabad Cleft Foundation. He has worked as Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon in Poole and Royal Bournemouth Hospitals, Royal Naval Hospital, Haslar, Bournemouth University Worthing Hospitals. He was Medical Director in Poole Hospital from year and has been on Chair for Service Line Reporting and Pain Services Review Board for Poole Hospital. He was also a member for Dorset Research Ethics Committee. He has been an examiner for Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and International Medical College, Muenster, Germany. He is currently working as Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Worthing Hospitals, Bournemouth University. Mrs. Seona Angell Topic: Management of child abuse in developing countries. Panel Member for Dorset Youth Offending Team, Worked with Dorset NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) Child Protection Centre and later the SHBS (Sexually Harmful Behaviour Service, part of Dorset Children s Services), Jointly established Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) affiliated to the national charity, Circles UK, she was Coordinator for Dorset Police project called Spheres, Worked closely during this period with MAPPA (Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement) with other professionals from the Police, Public Health and Probation. She is an executive member of the South West Branch of NOTA (National Organisation for the Treatment of Abusers) and trains local professionals in the promotion of recognising the signs of sexual abuse both in victims and perpetrators.

Neelakandan has been in the field of Maxillofacial Surgery since He is a product of Madras Dental College, and he had been a Gold medalist and the best outgoing student in his under-graduation. He has had 3 years of Plastic Surgery training in Madras Medical College. After serving Army Dental Corps for 5 years, he has been heading the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College & Hospital since 1990 and is currently the Principal of the same institution. He has been training under-graduate and post-graduate students ever since. He has special interests in Surgical Oncology, Reconstructive & Regenerative Surgery and had Advanced Craniofacial and Distraction Osteogenesis training at Leipzig University, Germany. He has to his credit a number of international and national publications and has also authored a manual on distraction osteogenesis. He has been periodically conducting lectures and workshops organized by Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of India, National Association of Plastic Surgeons of India and at various dental colleges. He is currently the President of Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons of India.
