Stroller Strides Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:30-10:30am Meadowbrook Park The Urbana Park District has partnered with FIT4MOM Champaign/ Urbana to offer Stroller Strides - A stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with (or without) their little ones in strollers. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking/ jogging, strength, toning using resistance bands, and fun for kids. Classes will typically take place in Meadowbrook Park.
