Pilates in the 20s, this mind-body exercise method s aim is to stretch and strengthen, to create a longer and leaner physique. The exercises combine deep breathing and relaxation with coordinated and flowing movements working on the stabilisation of muscles from inside out. Sessions are performed on floor mats and on specialised Pilates machines on a one-to-one basis, semi-privately or in small groups. Pilates and Swissbody Pilates Method is for men and women of all ages. 4 GYROTONIC SPORT GROUP CLASSES A variety of different yoga disciplines are proposed on our weekly program. Further information at our CBE Reception. Mat Pilates Yoga ( unity of oneness ) Ancient traditional Indian exercises to find balance and harmony of the body, mind and spirit. Deep relaxation combined with concentrated breathing as well as an intensive and precise body work are the instruments. The body is the temple of the soul ( Indian wisdom ). Traditional Yoga - Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Yoga Integral Yoga Transcendental Meditation Transcendal Meditation is an easily-learned mental technique that quiets down the mind and deeply rests the body, giving us a way to transcend the reasoning brain and experience a direct hookup with surphysiologing dissolving stress and promoting a mental longevity factor Ref. A woman s Best Medicine-Lonsdorf, Butler, Brown Interval Taining The Interval Training workout combines muscular training together with an intensive cardio-vascular workout. A perfect mix between the Power Sculpt method and a basic Step class, this workout supports weight loss and improves muscle force. Power Sculpt The Power Sculpt workout combines an intensive muscular workout with body conscience while adding precise posture control. Body shaper and weight reducer. 5 Floor Barre The Floor Barre is a world-famous revolutionary method created in the 1940 s by Russian Master BK. Its aim is to improve flexibility, muscle strength and tone, and overall dancing technique by a series of exercises performed on the floor along with music. Strong focus is brought to movement and tune synchronization.you ll soon notice how flexible and toned your lower limbs have become; that your back and hip posture have improved, that your bas are firmer and straighter; and that your breathing and joints are gently exercised. Floor Barre is practised seated on the ground, laying on the back or stomach and as such preserves your joints and bones. Be warned that a few classes might make you addicted to this wonderful discipline. Zumba This cardio workout uses various latina dance steps including Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco et Reggeaton. You will also find that your sense of balance as well as your movement coordination will be improved. GYROTONIC SPORT Nia Nia is where dancing, martial arts and wel-being meet. The combination of these different techniques is essential for regeneration and a feeling of full body control and mind-body balance. Nia is practised with are feet and comfortable clothes. It is for all ages and fitness level and encourages one to listen to oneself and one s physical limits. Self-defense method The belaying principle is to learn how to defend oneself with minimum training. It is not a Martial Art but a complete and easily-accessible self-defense method that requires no prior knowledge or skills. Also, he has chosen to offer a technique and class especially designed for Ladies. Aquagym As this workout is performed in the pool, the pressure of the water contains shocks and minimizes sore muscles. 6 GYROTONIC SPORT GYROTONIC GYROTONIC (from gyro : circle and tonic : strenghth) offers unique holistic movement approach. Created some 30 years ago by Juliu Horvath, the Gyrotonic method is one of the top-performing workout and rehabilitation pratices with roots in Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and dance. Gyrotonic exercise sequences are composed of spiraling, circular and undulating breath. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully created sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility. Ideal to prevent and treat poor posture, Gyrotonic also prevents, heals ad corrects muscle and point pain. For any reservation made 24 hours or less prior to an appointment, the last minute cancellations or no-shows for all spa menu reservations made within 24 hours will be fully charged. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number or an advance payment. All rates in this brochure include VAT and might be subject to change.
