We believe it s so important to be connected with a group of people who help each other, listen to each other, care for each other and ultimately grow together. God designed us to journey with others and at Mainstreet, that s exactly what s do... they do life together! You ll find there are a lot of different types of groups to explore at Mainstreet, from interests to season of life, to the time and day they meet! Browse this brochure or check out groups online to find one that interests you. Meetings are based around scripture studies. We also meet once a month for a meal & fellowship. Followed by refreshments Leaders: Joe, Brooke & Jake Stagner brooke.stagner@utoledo.edu Join this group for a ride - at a park, for long distances or just to get ice cream during riding season. We re a great group to build relationships and have fun together. Once a year we also plan a weekend getaway ride. We also serve together on a project of refurbishing bikes for the Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission. Life Cycles Riders Group Interest Meeting Day & Time: 1st & 3rd Sunday of the Month, after the 2nd service (During riding season) Location: Front of Mainstreet Church Leaders: Dewey Fisher & Steve Heilman choochoodew@aol.com God has blessed us with bikes - Harley s, Hondas, Cruisers & Rockets - so why not come together and enjoy the surroundings that God has created for us. We ride the first Sunday of the month after the 2nd service and on the 3rd Sunday of the month after the first service. Each ride will take us to a great brunch destination on easy-to-ride roads. DivorceCare Support Meeting Day & Time: 7:00pm (Begins in September) Location: 795 Campus Leader: Diana Dunsmore Divorce you don t have to go through it alone. Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they ve ever faced. It s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you ve never faced before. Cost/25 (scholarship available). 13 week series - join us any week in the cycle. GriefShare Support Meeting Day & Time: 6:30pm (Begins in September) Location: Mainstreet Church Leader: Martha Dunn nelliebelle53@gmail.com GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. Each session is thirteen weeks. It s a place to be around people who understand what you are feeling. At GriefShare, you ll learn valuable information about recovering from your grief and renewing your hope for the future. Cost/$15.
